Classes - Lamplighting & Kriya Yoga Meditation School

Class Description

Classes at Mountain Institute are guided meditations led by qualified teachers. Each class builds upon the previous class as your vibratory frequencies are fine-tuned. Some classes are preceded by an initiation to help groove the path for the next technique. Initiations are free and are offered at retreats. Classes are also free, last 1 hour long, and are open to all regardless of age, race, sex, or creed.

Classes Offered

Beginning Class

In this class you are taught basic relaxation techniques, simple meditation, how to flow energy, how to direct the senses inward, and more. You are given a variety of powerful techniques some of which are thousands of years old. After practicing technique and meditation with a qualified teacher for 12+ classes in a 16 week period, you may graduate to the Ekam Class.
