Classes at Mountain Institute are guided meditations led by qualified teachers. Each class builds upon the previous class as your vibratory frequencies are fine-tuned. After having practiced for 12-16 weeks, you will be eligible to receive the initiation for the next technique. Initiations are offered at retreats. Classes are approximately 50 minutes long. They are open to all regardless of age, race, or creed; we look forward to seeing you soon! Classes are completely free of charge; donations are greatly appreciated.
